This contract required us to provide full refurbishment to one of the school blocks, this came with its own challenges given the existing building is Grade II listed. The main focus of the works was to increase the thermal comfort and upgrading key elements such as the windows. The works were carried out not just in the holidays but also during term times. This was no issue for our seasoned project managers, they were quick to liaise with the relevant site and teaching staff and keep disruption to a minimum.
