We were required to install 10 new laboratory classrooms as well as additional preparation rooms. For maximum flexibility electrical and gas services needed to be accessible but with fixed locations allowing tables to be moved freely if needed. We also provided fixed benching and service areas for sinks and storage around the perimeter giving the maximum space output.
